                    Stretch the legs. Bend the right leg at the knee joint and 
                    keep the right heel against the pubic bone or just above the 
                    genitals. Now bend the left leg at the knee and keep the left 
                    heel above the right heel, close to the pubic bone. In this 
                    position there will not be any pressure at the perineum, and 
                    the genital organs are free from pressure. People who cannot 
                    practice sidhasan may find this exercise more comfortable.
