			  1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup wheatena whole wheat cereal,
			  1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon,  1/8 teaspoon salt,
			   1/4 cup chopped dried apricots.

			  In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine the milk, cereal, cinnamon, salt  and about half the apricots. Stir to mix. Microwave on high power with 45 seconds to 1 minute,
			   or just until the mixture starts to boil; stop and stir after 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute; stir.
 Transfer to a cereal bowl and sprinkle with the remaining apricots.
 
 Note : You can also cook this cereal in a small saucepan 
                    on the stove. Bring the ingredients to a simmer over medium 
                    heat, and then remove from the heat, cover, and let stand 
                    for 2 minutes. You can easily increase the recipe to make 
                    more servings.
